CERTIFICATION COURSES

COACHING   |   OFFICIATING

Our Bunnies, Jackrabbits, Track Attack, Lynx and Adult Programs programs need coaches, and we’ll train you for free!

All coaches are required to have National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) Certification. It is important to have trained individuals within these programs to ensure our skiers – young and old – are being taught how to ski properly and how to maximize their potential and enjoyment of the sport. By volunteering as a coach, you will not only improve your own skiing abilities but you will also be rewarded by seeing progression of skiers as they improve their skills.

Instruction not your thing? Walden along with clubs across the country are constantly in need of certified officials to organize and operate races. Who knows where it could take you?!
