Apr 21 - We had a great winter riding season, but the Walden Trails are now closed to riding. We started winter Fat Bike riding on Dec 7 and trails were rideable 114 out of 127 days.
With the temperatures above zero all the time, the snow is soft and mud is appearing.
Until the frost is out of the ground, the runoff has stopped flowing and mud has dried, the summer trails that we love are fragile and can be easy damaged.
Check back in late May for an update on trail conditions.
