YOUTH PROGRAMS

BUNNIES   |   JACKRABBITS   |  TRACK ATTACK  |  LYNX

Our programs are developed by Cross Country Canada and delivered through our Provincial Sport Organization, Cross Country Ontario. Our youth programs follow the Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) Model, which integrates health and education with sport and physical activity.  It encourages all individuals to be involved in lifelong physical activity. It articulates the need for all children, particularly those with the capacity and interest to become elite athletes, to be given a solid foundation in physical, technical, tactical and mental capacities upon which to build their performance abilities.
